
Today was the end of the second week of my trainer recommended eating program. During that time, I lost 90 % of the weight I gained from the cruise. Some variables are that I just stopped eating such huge quantities of food from the cruise, that my exercise routine got back into its regular swing ( though I worked out every day on the ship), and that I utilized the blogged eating plan.
I recommend the plan as being fairly easy to follow if you are organized and spend a bit of time pre-measuring and weighting the food and put the portions into ziplocks. I was not over hungry (though the fall apples we got at the apple orchard last week seemed to haunt me at times), and was pleased with my progress to take off the weight from my vacation.
All-in-all, I consider it a success!

Day A
7 am- 4 egg whites (67 cal)
2 oz. oatmeal ( dry weight) (221 cal)
11 am- protein shake (160 cal)
2 p.m.- 3 oz cod (144 cal)
3 oz brown rice or quinoa ( 101 cal)
8 oz green vegetables ( raw or steamed) (88 cal)
1/2 tsp uda or flax oil ( 65 cal)
no calorie or reduced sugar diabetic salad dressing
Today I am going out for dinner with my girlfriends. I made good 'restaurant choices' and a glass of wine. May not be goood for the eating plan, but invaluable for the soul!
